I have done many fitness plans and challenges similar to this many times over the past few years, and never have I actually finished it or enjoyed it. You have made healthy habits become apart of my daily routine and lifestyle without it feeling like a chore. Danielle's challenge programme was a really great way to become more educated about nutrition, physical activity and control. You receive a great amount of support from her and others that are also undertaking the challenge, and she is always on hand to support you through those difficult moments when everything seems a little overwhelming. I am leaving the challenge with a fresh mindset, and knowledge that will help me maintain a healthier lifestyle and a set of strategies to use when things don't go to plan and you need to reset. This challenge has been extremely beneficial to me, I learnt so much about nutrition, how to develop habits, how not to give up even with obstacles that may come my way. I think I must have been the person most reluctant to believe that this challenge would work for me. I can tell you, that I couldn't have been more wrong. The friendly and supportive approach Danielle gives you and all of the knowledge that she backs everything up with is an absolute eye opener. There is no judgement, just a lot of education and encouragement. I have absolutely loved this challenge, and to be honest, now in week 8, I don't really feel like it's a challenge anymore, but a way of life, a BETTER way of life.

 I'm sleeping, I'm less stressed, I'm not overindulging when it comes to alcohol (well, maybe the weekends, but 80/20 balance right?!) and it goes without saying that I am lighter (by a lot more than I thought I would be). If you're stuck in a rut, I would highly recommend joining this challenge because Danielle will make you feel heard and she will offer you solutions - Even if you're like me and don't believe you could possibly do it! The DW challenge quite literally changed my life!

Danielle is dedicated to her craft.  She walks you through every step and is always there to answer questions.  The challenge really was not a challenge with her guidance. Danielle makes both her weight loss programme and fitness training enjoyable. I would have no problem recommending her.

Dani has given me the tools to help myself! Over the 8 week challenge I have changed my thoughts about food and what meals and snacks work for me. I have taken on a new habit of daily water intake which has helped with weight loss. Daily tracking of steps and calories have aloud me to lose about a stone. I hope to continue with further challenges and continue on my journey.

Thanks for all your help and support Dani. I've come a long way in just under a year. From where I started to where I am now, is crazy to me. I am definitely fitter but also more resilient to what life throws my way (and that is a hell of a lot!). These challenges are not about scale weight for me but about being the best version of myself that I can be.
